These terms govern access to AskDone during its early-access period. By installing or using AskDone, you agree to these terms on behalf of the merchant business you represent.
Early-access service
AskDone is under active development. Features may change, be limited or be withdrawn during early access. We will make a good-faith effort to communicate material changes to participating merchants.
Merchant responsibilities
- You must have authority to connect the relevant Shopify store and approve actions affecting it.
- You are responsible for your store policies, customer commitments and the final review of actions that AskDone marks as requiring approval.
- You must not use AskDone for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized purposes.
- You must protect your accounts and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Approval and automation
AskDone distinguishes between automatic, approval-required and human-required procedures. You remain responsible for approvals and business decisions. An AI-generated explanation or proposal is not legal, financial or professional advice.
Shopify and third-party services
AskDone depends on Shopify and may depend on other service providers. Their availability, APIs and terms are outside our control. Shopify is not responsible for AskDone.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to your store information and content. AskDone retains rights to its software, procedures, interface and documentation. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your information and provide the service.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using AskDone and uninstall the application. We may suspend access when necessary to protect merchants, customers, the service or third parties, or when these terms are materially breached.
Disclaimers and liability
During early access, AskDone is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability terms for a paid commercial release will be presented before paid service begins.
